1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Include all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging.

  • Be free from signs of use, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

  • Be accompanied by the original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Please do not send products back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


3. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, damaged, or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as Kamfort cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Kamfort is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective product

  • The wrong item

  • Missing items

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once delivered.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Opened beauty products

  • Opened cosmetic products

  • Personal care products

  • Products with broken safety seals

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable products

  • Clearance items marked as Final Sale

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different product, color, size, or variation, you should:

7. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused.

  • It must remain in its original condition.

  • Original packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Certain exceptions apply for sealed cosmetic and personal care products that have been opened after delivery for hygiene and health protection reasons, where permitted by law.

10. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow our standard return procedure if eligible.
