1. Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

During periods of high demand, promotional events, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have entered the preparation or shipping process.

4. Order Tracking

Every eligible shipment includes tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to become active after your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.


5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other governmental charges may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Kamfort has no control over these fees and cannot estimate or reimburse customs charges imposed by local authorities.

Failure to pay customs duties may result in delivery delays, returned packages, or abandoned shipments.


6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections

  • International transportation disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Airline cargo delays

  • Carrier operational issues

  • Natural disasters

  • Force majeure events

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Returned parcels may require repayment of shipping costs before reshipment.

  • Kamfort cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to update your address before your order is dispatched.


8. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit:

  1. Verify your tracking information.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier.

  3. Check with neighbors or your local post office.

  4. Contact Kamfort Customer Support.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and assist you throughout the process.

Please note that investigations may take several business days depending on the carrier.


9. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Verify the delivery address.

  • Check around your property.

  • Contact household members.

  • Ask nearby neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

If the package still cannot be located, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.


10. Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your package or products arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours.

  • Include your order number.

  • Provide photographs of:

    • the damaged packaging;

    • the shipping label;

    • the damaged product(s).

Our team will review your request promptly and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another suitable solution.


11. Split Shipments

For logistical reasons, orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped in separate packages.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

There are no additional shipping charges for split shipments initiated by Kamfort.


12. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

Packages may be returned to Kamfort if:

  • The delivery address is incorrect.

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful.

  • The customer refuses delivery.

  • Customs duties remain unpaid.

  • The shipment is abandoned.

If a returned shipment requires reshipping, additional shipping charges may apply.


13. Force Majeure

Kamfort shall not be liable for delays or failure to deliver resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, transportation interruptions, or other force majeure events.
